Ireland-based long distance swimmer Ion Lazarenco has already swum the English Channel, the Strait of Gibraltar, the North Channel, the Catalina Channel and the Molokai Channel.  He chats with Dom about his preparations to tackle the Tsugaru Strait which links the Sea of Japan with the Pacific Ocean.
