As many of us tuck into Easter eggs this weekend, one Irish charity is encouraging people to take part in a different kind of hunt—one that could make a real difference to someone’s life.
Catherine McGee from Our Shoes is calling on people across Ireland to dig out their gently worn sports shoes and donate them to communities in South African townships, where access to proper footwear can be life-changing.
The campaign is already gaining momentum in schools, clubs and local groups, and it’s all about combining sustainability with simple acts of kindness.
