Well, my next guest says a lot of the stress, conflict, and even formal complaints we see in workplaces could actually be avoided — if people just had the confidence and the tools to have those honest conversations early.
But the reality is, most of us don’t — we avoid, we delay, or we just hope things will sort themselves out.
