A major new all-island cancer trial is set to launch this spring, aiming to improve treatment for thousands of men diagnosed with prostate cancer every year.
The INSPIRE trial, led by Cancer Trials Ireland, will explore how advanced radiotherapy can reduce side-effects while maintaining excellent cancer outcomes — and it’s hoped it could make a real difference to patients’ quality of life.
