My Child refuses to go to school – Doctor Joanna Fortune

Joanna Fortune is an accredited clinical psychotherapist and attachment specialist. She is the founder of the Solamh Parent–Child Relationship Clinic in Dublin, which she established in 2010.  

Joanna works extensively with children, adolescents, and families, particularly around anxiety, emotional regulation, and the parent–child relationship.  

She is widely known for helping parents reframe challenging behaviour as communication, and for her compassionate, practical guidance on issues like school refusal, separation anxiety, and emotional overwhelm in children.
