Colin White, National Advocacy and Projects Manager at the Irish Kidney Association, speaks to Kieran about the new opt-out Organ Donor Legislation that’s now in affect, and how from the 17th of June 2025 ,when someone passes away, they will automatically be assumed to be an organ donor unless they have indicated an objection during their lifetime.
